Massage sessions are traditional massage customized to your goals. Working on the muscular system only, with the use of: swedish, deep tissue, cupping, essential oils and/or herbal liniments.

 

Holistic Bodywork sessions are where the reset back to being balanced and healthy happens. Going beyond the surface relief, and listening to and following where your imbalances pull to. These sessions are integrative, evidence-informed, guided by your own inner physician, and deeply therapeutic.

Blending any of the following, as needed:

Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Acupressure and Meridian work, connective tissue work, Essential oils and liniments.
