The body is amazing and intricate, therefore, I always approach signs and symptoms with a holistic approach. Looking at the whole person, rather than just the one problem area they arrive with.
If you’ve been on my table even once, you know I don’t just follow a routine. My approach is integrative. Yes, I treat the muscular system, but I also use advanced modalities like CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, connective tissue work, acupressure, meridian work, essential oils and more, to reset your body to its natural state of rhythm and repair.
I work to uncover your hidden imbalances, those undercurrents where the body holds so much in your muscles, joints, connective tissue, organs, meridian pathways, etc.
A licensed massage therapist since 2011, I continue to learn the interrelationships between the many systems of the body; how they are interconnected, how they support each other, and how they can challenge each other. I am dedicated to uncovering your hidden imbalances in order to customize a treatment specifically for your short-term and long-term goals, and motivate you to reclaim well-being.
